Fish supper was ok. However, to drain off the excess oil, the fish could have sat on the rack a few minutes before being dumped on top of the chips.

Some of the best fish and chips we?ve had -beautifully cooked and seasoned (so often the fish and/or batter lacks salt and so is bland), batter wonderfully light and fish meaty, moist and flaky. Chips excellent too. Ice cream also some of the best we?ve had. Highly recommended.

Excellent old school chippy. The chips were hot and fresh. Obviously this is Fort William, so there will be a queue at peak times, but it moves quickly.
They absolutely take cards.
No idea where some reviews say they don't.

We came here to try Equi?s ice cream and had five scoops: banana & caramel, blue bubblegum, raspberry ripple, double cream vanilla, and Belgian chocolate. They were all fantastic ? especially the banana & caramel, which was our favorite. We really enjoyed them on a rare sunny day in Fort William! Highly recommend!

Staff rearranged the limitef seating to accommodate a table of 7. I got to sample the leftovers of the pupils, all choices were tasty!

We went in just minutes before closing and they only had the cheapest fish, but it was so dang good anyway.
I'm actually quite annoyed, because I think they ruined fish and chips for me forever.
I'm not going to run across any this good in Kansas. It was the best I've ever had.

The burger was acceptable, though there was way too much sauce on it.
I wouldn't even dare to give the fries to my goat. They were soggy and cold, tasted like they didn't bake them long enough. The table was very dirty.
The lights were hung up with orange home delivery stickers. You can only pay cash.
Don't eat here, this was the worst food I have ever had, even after a long hike.
