Boots in Fort William were amazing and went way above and beyond to help me. My hubby forgot to lift my medication box when we left home. Fort William Boots managed to give my everything apart from 2 of my medications. Thankyou so much to the pharmacy staff.

The Boots in Fort William can't be far away from closing, it's restricted hours in the morning and afternoon only being open for a few hours. Basically go elsewhere for your prescription Lloyd's in the High Street is much better

I'm currently on holiday and had to ring out-of-hours for an emergency prescription. The Boots staff were friendly, efficient and had my prescription ready in around 10 minutes despite being quite busy.

Absolutely atrocious service recently. Takes a week to process a prescription (to be fair this is partly due to practice as well) I have to travel 20 miles to collect prescription in a lunch hour during work, only to find 'closed for lunch' not good, told to wait, but my boss isn't as patient and I now have a black mark on my record. Put on ur Web page at the very least!!!

Never know if they are open or closed. And if they are open, is there a pharmacist. And if they are open and have a pharmacist, is the pharmacist on lunch or tea break?Will they open at 9am or 9:13am? Who knows!

With Boots you get what it says on the tin. A good pharmacy with a wide range of products from their own brand to a wide range of third party products. Most Boots are similar which is great no matter where you are in the country from London to Fort William in Scotland
