“It's a beautiful and lovely hotel.When I stopped by to store my luggage, they let me check in even though it was before check-in time.The hostess is very friendly and kind. He explained things in a way that even I, who can't speak English, could understand.The room was also very nice and I had a good night's sleep on the comfortable bed.And the breakfast is super delicious. It's a lie that British food isn't delicious. It may be better than a high-end restaurant.I'm lucky to stay here. I would definitely like to visit again.Food & drinks: You can choose what you like for breakfast, but please eat all kinds.”

“Stayed three nights on a business trip. The accommodation is basic but very comfortable. Somewhere to hang clothes would be nice. The bathroom facilities appeared to be recently refurbed and were top notch. The shower was excellent. And the food. Because this was a business trip I was out a lot but did have one dinner and one breakfast. Both were piping hot and absolutely delicious. I stayed previously in this place nearly thirty years ago when the current owner's grandparents ran the business. All I can say is that standards have not diminished. Would definitely recommend,”

“It’s been a long time since I’ve visited the Crown and Anchor but it certainly won’t be long before we’re back again. Visited last night, food was excellent so much choice, great portion sizes and piping hot. Staff were all friendly and attentive. We booked in advance which I’m so glad we did as it was so so busy.”

“The Ramnee is a beautiful Edwardian House hotel. Yes it may be dated, however, it had charm and it was authentic, cosy & private and very peaceful too. I loved my stay and I can honestly say I had the best 4 nights sleep ever. My room was so sweet and the bed/bedding were extremely comfortable and the room was clean and tidy and I had beautiful views over looking the rear garden and distant views of Findhorn and hills beyond. The staff are amazing and so friendly and accommodating. I have severe food allergies and every day they went above and beyond to ensure I was catered for. I’m on a strict gluten free and dairy free diet and it’s the first time in 30 years that I have not suffered from an allergic reaction when staying in a hotel. So thank you so much to ALL the staff. Breakfast was amazing and every day the staff went above & beyond even filling a flask of tea for me and cooking one of my gluten free rolls which I could take with me. I’m already looking at staying again next year.”
