“Felt compelled to write a review on my recent experience with dixons of Forres. My car was involved in a recent unfortunate incident with new neighbours furniture and dixons were appointed by insurance providers. I felt all the staff that dealt with me were exceptional. They were friendly, sympathetic and highly sensitive to my disability needs (motorbility vehicle). I was kept fully informed about arrangements and progress and they even brought an appropriate automatic courtesy car to my home and took mine to the garage, repeated upon completion 4 days later. Generally speaking most people only write reviews when we have a bad experience with a company, in this case I would like to thank Dixons of Forres for their fabulous service and customer care, excellent job too, would highly recommend ?”
