There are a lot of dog walkers that pass here every day and no doubt some are peckish or hungry. I noticed a sign up, no dogs allowed which is fair enough. I tried however to tie my dog up outside on the verandah with a hope of having a couple of bacon rolls, tea and a nice cake and sitting there in the sun with my dog enjoying my meal. However there's no gate access to get on the verandah from outside and you have to go through the shop to access it, which i could not do as i had my dog with me. This place is sacrificing potentially a lot more business which would generate potentially a lot more profits. A rethink on verandah access would be a good idea i think to generate more custom.

My comments refer to the eating place, the food was fine, but unbelievably expensive for what we got - and I have just returned from london where the cost of a similar lunch was significantly lower.

My partner and I are up for a holiday in kirriemuir and we love golf and found this lovely place, only £3 for 40 balls and a selection of clubs to use if you dint have your own, had a lovely little afternoon here.

Great golf range with plenty parking, The cafe is great and spacious with lots of menu choices for breakfast and lunch. Food was tasty. Will definitely be back.

Had the tomato soup and chicken broth for lunch.Some coffee as well.The place is very nice inside for lunch and the kids were welcome as well with a high chair supplied.It is recommended for a light lunch as in sandwiches, soups and cakes.

Love coming here - great food & service - well during the week that is !!! Saturday was a disaster- staff running about like headless chickens. No structure to tables it was a hit or a miss who got served first !! 20 min wait for order to be taken & in that time 3 tables that came in after us got served & their food before we did !! In the end we went up to order food - another 25 min wait on food ! Didn?t stay for desert - would of been there all afternoon!!
