Building was freezing (guy told me they get told off for it all the time but it was still too hot for him), there was only one fridge of produce so half the menu was missing, and the food we did get tasted terrible, my partner got one of the menu sandwiches and actually said ?there?s no way subway can sell something that tastes like this?.
I for sure, will never be back.

Shocking service this afternoon. Stood in queue and told will be with you shortly only to then be ignored as they served the young lad then came in behind me after they watched me waiting .

The service when in store is always amazing - the staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. However, anytime I order for delivery, the order is frequently wrong. For example, today I ordered a sandwhich on untoasted Italian bread (I always order Italian and untoasted because I have sensory issues) but it came on hearty Italian and was toasted. The most common thing wrong with my orders are that they come toasted. The staff need to slow down just a little bit and pay more careful attention to what is actually on the order.

Awful. Women behind the counter gave me meat instead of a vegan option, didn't realise until id started eating that it was wrong. She didn't even apologise, her colleague said sorry and sorted out somethingDaft women needs sacking.

Well, you know what you are getting here, food and drink wise. This one is fine, service is good and they had everything I was after. My experience is it's often quiet too so getting served is not an issue.

Food was good, staff were also really careful to wipe down surfaces, change gloves etc, for the gluten free sub. Will be back.
