Starbucks Forfar being a franchise for some reason don?t allow dogs, it was 530pm on a Thursday night and maybe had a total of 4 customers. I realise it?s at the Mangers discretion but in all the time we have been a loyal customer we have never been turned away with a dog.
Needless to say to say won?t be stopping again, but thankfully for restaurant across the road is dog friendly.
Shame on the franchise for not being dog friendly, when so many people have them ?. We?ve even had our cat in he box into one after the vet !!
Maybe a word of advise and get with the times !!

Three staff just causally chatting to each other and delivery drivers.confusion over orders being mixed up so no wonder we had to wait think there was 4 customer's in store not busy at all very poor service they need training

Have visited this place a couple of times. No impressed with the staff. You are left standing a waiting service. While they look at you from their side of the counter. Not at all friendly, actually quite disappointed by the service.

First time visit today, very nice facilities but all down hill after that. Very slow service with drive through customers being treated as priority, (why ?) the bacon roll was terrible in quality, quantity and over priced all served by emotionless staff.Next time I am in area will visit Greggs across the road, cheaper and has to be better. Will not be back.

Only stopped by briefly for a frappuccino. It was clean, service was prompt and friendly.

Abysmal service. Joined drive through queue to be advised of 10 min wait and asked if we wished to order.We opted not to but we're then held in the queue as the car in front was waiting, which could have easily been resolved by asking the customer to park in the car park.No apology offered and no sense of customer service.

Forfar Service Station refuses dogs... a service station starbucks which doesn't allow dogs? workers were extremely rude and allowed us to Q seeing the puppy until we got to order stage

If you were in a hurry, this is not always best place to go, they can take a long time to serve you.Depends on who is making drinks to whether it's tasty or not, and they always run out of cakes/ pastries early on. Otherwise it's just another Starbucks.
