Went in for fuel, checked my phone to see what money off way available before I started fuel, all to my dismay and embarrassmentstaff whilst serving a customer decided to embarrass me via the tannoy to inform me not to use my phone. I hadn't even started taking fuel. I got the shock of my life, even worse when I got in to explain she ignored my explanation, continued with other things she wanted to speak about. I only go to shell for the loyalty scheme it is one of the most expensive fuel. I wasn't happy at all.

Absolutely disgraceful service by Shell and from the manager at that to be approached while using the Costa Express machine at work with a college of mine present to be told that I can't take the sugar for my coffee from the machine which I pay £2.95 for and that I have to buy my own from now on is disgraceful and embarrassing Shell Corp ?

Avoid the Greggs. Asked if anything was warm and made my choice based on the answer, unfortunately the woman lied so when I got to my car and realised everything was COLD my lunch went in the bin. Thanks lady, if you'd been honest I would've just bought a sandwich and actually had lunch. Will never go back here again.

I was there to buy over priced fuel. Not much else to say.The guy serving was brand new, chatted away no bother. Unfortunately some IDIOT had set fire to the bin outside the wee kiosk.I mean come on. Good place to stop off if you don't want a KFC or McD's they have a Greggs bakery in the service station and toilet facility's. Oh and you can do a big washing?

Closed for demolition which is well under way . Your nearest shell garage is at the McDonalds circle at the new service area open 24hrs . You can use the automated fuel pumps with bank cards at Asda but closes around 10pm .
