I've been banking there for years and they have the most friendliest, knowledgeable staff s well as a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Their building is easily seen and busy, polite staff that bend over backwards to help you and of you have disabilities (Learning, physical, mental health issues) they can help you by making sure you are not overwhelmed with jargon. I never want to be without them or leave them...as they give me support and help whether in the brach, online, or over the phone.

Absolutely Dreadful!!!Waited 20 minutes to pay a credit card two tellers on one helping a couple open an account and lots of other things, other dealing with someone who had issues with their service.. These customers should be taken aside and dealt with by someone else away from the counter so the long queue of customers can be dealt with, but that's the common sense approach. I have closed my accounts and now with HBoS Also apologising doesn't fix the problem because you wont do anything about it!

Staff are very slow and extremely rude, I think the ladies on the counter could do with some serious customer relations training. I personally feel like your getting the lidl or aldi's experience banking here

Staff are friendly, not many working at the moment I believe due to covid. Im not keen on the fact you get told to use the machines more than the teller even when they are not busy.

This bank has suffered a bit with getting rid of a teller - sometimes long queues - waiting up to 20 mins - staff are excellent and try their best to get you seen to - the manager is on hand when needed to show new machines of if got a problem - the new machine is good for depositing cash / cheques / withdrawing -- the only fault with the machines - I can't transfer money from my business a/c to my personal a/c -- that has to be through a teller - ( I don't do computer banking - don't trust it - mypartner was scammed through computer banking at her bank --
