Not good, went out my way to Forfar after ordering and paying for a 2.5L tin of Dulux Trade Quick Dry Exterior Gloss. Picked it up and drove away, lucky I checked, to find it wasn't what I ordered, took it back and explained, just to be told that it was, clearly not as i showed the guy the confirmation, specifying quick dry, the website, product codes and pictures aren't right, I was made to feel that it was my fault, although I double checked with the dundee branch, the guy physically checked, same problem. You should be checking the products you advertise on your website, wont be using again in a hurry.

Phoned Jewson Forfar at 08.30 Saturday morning, to request a price for 3" x 2" timber. The most common piece of timber used in the country. I was told they didn't have the information to hand and that they would phone back in 5-10 mins.
No phone back.
Order placed with Rembrand timber who had the price to hand.
