Only complaint I have is the waiting times between appointments as by the time you get an appointment for whatever is needing done you have new issues but it's a problem for everyone at most dentists. Sad it's turning private as noone else in town taking in patients so I have no choice but to stay. Wonder what my bills will be now.

Took my 3 year old to High Street Dentist as a private patient due to no dentists in the area taking on NHS patients since 2019. Both myself and my little girl were nervous as this was her first time to the dentist however I?m so thankful I took her here as the dentist and the assistant in the room were absolutely amazing to her and me! They kept my daughter calm by talking her through everything they were doing, by the end my little girl didn?t want to leave!? I was very anxious about the visit as it was my little girls first time and there was a couple issues with her teeth but from the get go when I walked into the room the dentist was reassuring and kept me calm. I asked for my daughters teeth to be covered with the coating that prevents damage and he made sure I knew of all costs before carrying out the treatment which I was thankful for! Will definitely be taking my little girl back here for future appointments :)

Have been a patient at this practice since childhood and received excellent treatment from various dentists and hygienists over the years. This week I attended my pre-booked appointment with the hygienist and work was carried out. I went to pay my bill on completion of treatment to be told the cost was £39. When I queried the cost, as NHS band 1 treatment, which a scale and polish is covered by, costs £23.80, I was told that the "hygienist" was "fully" private now!I was not informed of this before attending my appointment, and the hygienist did not mention it before carrying out my treatment. To further exasperate me, I only have a lower set of teeth as I wear a full upper denture..how much would it have cost me if I had a full set of gnashers, £78?BE WARNED!!

got a new set of teeeth ,four missing,seemly it is 24 teeth instead of 28 teeth,bottom kept falling out as there was no support even with the gunge that you put in to keep them in,went back to see Qais Toma head dentist, come back in a year,left with new top set and bottom old set, can i eat with them NO, ARE THERE NO PROPER DENTISTS OUT THERE ANYMORE

I had to rearrange appointments due to external issues. I was 5 mins late for the appointment, and the dentist spoke to me like I was a child, and after the treatment recommended I find another dentist. Extremely rude and condescending. Any other circumstances if he spoke that to people, he would get his teeth knocked out! Avoid!

My partner was turned away for his root canal appt and rescheduled at the surgery. Do phones exist? Is this 2021? Are people not able to call their patients? This is after weeks of terrible service and excruciating pain. Student nurses working on someone in that much pain is not on. Get a grip.

i had been bothered with toothache for 3 weeks, so i got taken today 22/6,,,, not my usual dentist but just wanna say the guy that saw me was just fantastic, i had abccess & he worked around it, made me feel at ease and took out the bad tooth, thanks so much , such an amazing dentist
