“Great helpful staff at this Tesco, very wiling to help find products. The lady I asked happily took me directly to the long life almond milk, but without hesitation asked if I knew the refrigerated version was currently on offer. At the till I was served by a seemingly happy lady who like the previous one asked if I would like or needed any help packing. Everyone was so nice and polite so if I lived in Forfar I’d go back.My Dad aged 90 who does live locally told me he asked a lady twice for help and she ended up finding all the items off his list he still had to get, then took him to the till and handed him over to an equally friendly and efficient cashier.So it wasn’t a one off, seems the employees here are genuinely polite and helpful at all times.”

Been using it for about 2 yrs now and anytime I've needed to address the staff to pursue an item or a price query etc they have always been so helpful with positive vibes and engage with you at the till, brilliant keep it going guys.B+M could learn from you guys ?”
