I had an issue with the rear window washer not working on a Kia Assured used car I had recently bought. Booked it in and the washer now works. But on closer inspection the plastic/rubber sealing fitting where the water pipe comes out of the body to the tailgate was not fitted correctly which would have allowed rain water into the body of the car ! Also I had to clean a greasy mark off the paint work on the body near the tailgate and on the lining cloth inside. I managed to refit the loose seals with some difficulty. I phoned the garage and they apologised.

Always excellent service from the sales team normally. Unfortunately after sales are letting it down now. Been a customer since 2007 and have noticed a big change lately. Don't return your calls, unhelpful staff and some are so slow a snail could move quicker. General attitude has changed towards customers so I've found a new garage.
