I had a fantastic experience with this firm. Ordered my TV and had it delivered and installed without any problem. The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful nothing was a problem for them. I would happily recommend Colin M Smith for all your home electricals.

Visited the forfar shop as needed to replace our failing washing machine. Fantastic customer service from from the whole team and of course the one and only Johnathan Smith. Asked to collect there and then which was absolutely no problem at all wrapped securely right away they even loaded it into my car without hesitation. Top class business who really care for there customers even got a 5 year warranty forget the big retailers and shop local and support local keep up the Great customer service
