Bought a car 6 months ago engine management light came on phoned Michael he said he would book it into a garage for Thursday the (18th) January I have been trying to contact Michael for 3 days he is ignoring my calls and texts hasn?t told me what garage or what time no information at all do not recommend go elsewhere terrible service .

Heard of Michael through a friend who'd bought from him and highly recommended him. Initial contact was positive, we were able to view/test drive outwith working hours which really helped us. We found him to be very friendly and honest. He also has cute Highland coos! Michael helped us find the right car and financial package for us, sorted all the paperwork and kept us updated until we collected our new-to-us car.Would recommend, we'll be back for our next car! :)

I totally recommend Michael Burnett Car Sales !! Just purchased a car from Michael, was a recommendation from a friend and I am chuffed to bits with my experience from first contact to purchase and picking up the car. No problem is too big, a very helpful gentleman that goes that extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied with his service.The car was ready when promised and ran us through any "silly" questions we may have had. 100% happy customer. Michael made the whole car buying process easy and friendly from start to finish. Bought my first car off Michael late last year and couldn't have been happier, he was really patient and talked me through it all. Phoned him several times over that first month just looking for advice and he was always happy to help. Had an issue with the clutch and he didn't hesitate to drive 50 miles down the road and back to pick it up and get it sorted.
