I have had no problems helping my fiancée get his prescriptions sorted and appointments made before but their new system has made it so difficult to get ahold of anyone. Today I have been trying to call for three hours but the phone line is either not working or they are not accepting calls. My fiancee has chronic pain and mental health struggles and all I wanted to do was order some of his repeat prescriptions. After three hours I have given up. I understand the doctors and staff are under a lot of pressure but for the phone system to be down and for him to not be able to get his much needed medications is disgusting.

Reception staff very helpful and friendly.Nurses and clinical nurses are all very professional and always helpful.Drs at Fochabers are best in moray .
