The staff at this pharmacy are really friendly, efficient, and helpful. The pharmacist I saw today went out of her way to help me. Just note that they have a lunch break between 13:00-14:00, which hasn't yet been updated on Google. it is on the door and their website though.

I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. You can always see the staff working away in the back so they're clearly doing what they can with the high volume of customers in such a small place, so I don't mind waiting the odd 5 mins for a prescription

The staff and pharmacist whom I spoke with were helpful and welcoming. They were very diligent about making sure my prescription was correct, and when I asked about a certain product they couldn't have been more helpful in making sure I selected the correct thing.This pharmacy has had its share of ups and downs, but my recent visits for repeat prescriptions have been pleasant and painless, which is always a bonus where healing is concerned!

Very poor service today. Dropped in to buy some paracetamol. Two people in the queue ahead of me. There were four or five staff in the shop, but only one serving, who was having problems with the first customer?s prescription. More than ten minutes later, we were all still waiting. The other staff showed no interest in serving anyone and did not appear to be particularly busy doing anything. Even if they were, surely customer service should come first.Left in disgust and bought the paracetamol at Spar, who could teach the Pharmacy staff a thing or two about how to treat customers.

This chemist used to be a good chemist. not accepting prescriptions because 1 item out of stock even though they were 2 separate prescriptions not accepting any is a disgrace also putting notes on prescription bags telling customers they need a review is not on. doctors decide not chemist need to get this chemist sorted prescriptions going missing a total disgrace

This used to be a good pharmacy. Unfortunately the service is now very poor, bordering on negligent. They seem to now have a policy of not answering the phone. The new owners seem to be prioritising profit over adequate staffing levels and patient care.

Pharmacy say they will not dispence cms prescription unless I phone what I need 10 days in advance but surgery says its not up to me to decide what I need that's not how cms works

After waiting 30 minutes jn the queue I was told that there's a new system whereby we have to phone up 7_ 10 days before the prescription is due for it to be ready in time. Things have gone from bad to worse this last year and it used to be such a great chemist.

This establishment used to provide a high quality service. Sadly this is no longer the case. Prescriptions which used to take two days to process, now take over a week. Some simply disappear, and nothing can any longer be regarded as a certainty.Today (Saturday 15 th October at 10 am) I went to collect my prescription, placed on Monday 10th October, to find the shutters firmly down and the shop closed.The shop's website also proclaimed it to be open. No notice, by way of explanation, was to be seen there or on the shop front and the adjoining doctor's surgery was also closed.A phone call to the neighbouring Rowland's pharmacy in Tayport revealed that staff there, though very friendly and helpful, could shed no light at all on this sorry state of affairs.I appreciate unexpected circumstances can intervene but in that event, a contingency plan should be in place and enacted accordingly.As is the case with many others, receiving my medication, on a pre-planned basis, is vitally important. If the staff at this branch of Rowlands are unable to comprehend the potential life or death nature involved in dispensing such medication, then perhaps they should consider alternative employment.

I feel very sorry for the staff, as they are clearly trying to operate in a crisis situation, but the service is shocking. They have massively reduced their opening hours without telling anyone; the phone rings off the hook for hours on end before anyone answers it. Then when I arrived today to collect a prescription, the queue was massive and it took me about 30 mins to finally get inside the shop, only to witness the chaos that is in operation there ie staff frantically hunting high and low looking for meds, some meds had ran out or wasn't available, so people were being told they couldn't get their meds that day, and to come back another day. I'm sure the staff were doing their best and I'm sure this isn't their fault - I guess just another sign of the general collapse of our NHS and Welfare State in general. However, I will be changing to Leuchars Pharmacy.
