Went to Asda Halbeath retail park this afternoon. The tills had long queues 5 or 6 people waiting with trolleys up the ilse. Only 3 tills were managed. And on another note.the ladies toilets were getting cleaned. I had to stand outside and wait to get in to the baby changing one. Every time the gents toilet door opened, the smell of urine was disgusting. These toilets are out dated and need a complete over haul.

The only supermarket with 24-hour shopping self service checkouts that scan items as quick as you can pass them unlike Tesco's which for some reason takes about five seconds to scan each item due to a set delay on the barcode reader which is terribly annoying when there are always such big cues unlike at ASDA only negative I would state for some reason ASDA has decided to stop selling any tobacco products after 10 o'clock for a reason that escapes me as licensing laws do not prohibit sale based on the time of day only on the age of the customer so this means you're only alternative is to purchase them from a massively more expensive 24-hour garage that sells cigarettes after 10 o'clock please fix this ASDA

As a trans person going out can be daunting so I prefer to shop later. Love George clothes and can always find a lovely item to pick up with food shop. But staff, esp late night 24th Jan were so lovely. Smiled, said hi, put you at ease and the lady at the door put a smile on my face. Little things like that remind me of the good in the world, please pass on my thanks for the staff on that night- being nice costs nothing. x

I took an elderly gentleman there to collect his online order. It's cheaper to pay the extra £5 and get it delivered, it also gives someone a job.

No tills open, self-service was a nightmare and staff were rude.

I reciently on 18-13-23 had the misfortune of having to use the gents toilet at the Halbeath Asda superstore store to take a comfort break.Even before entering I could smell the stench ,yes the eye burning nausea enduring vomit inducing stench that filled the corridor, as I said I had no choice so holding my nose wreching as I exited as soon as possible to my disgust.I will never be back such a lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable especially in a food store.I trust steps will be taken to prevent this from happening ever again.I want this escalated to higher management and req feedback.RegardsA very disappointed customer.Name and full details will be provided on request.P.s.I would have given less than 1 star if it were possible to do so.And do NOT COME BACK,and say we hold ourselves to high standards No you don't, look at the reviews going back years ,I know as I've complained about it before ,full of smoke and mirrors and false promises, sort yersel out for hygiene sake and do your job "manage" .Next step the council.

Toilets are absolutely disgusting , a health and safety issue . The stench of urine as soon as you walk in is disgusting the floors are sticky , didn?t not want to touch anything it was that dirty , Infact Iam pretty sure this is where I caught Covid from . Absolutely no pride taken in these facilities so don?t kid yourselves on .AVOID!!!!!!!!

Asda Dunfermline Superstore is a 24-hour supermarket that offers a wide range of products and services to its customers. It has a pharmacy, a photo booth, a clothing section, and a McDonald?s restaurant on its premises. It also provides a scan as you shop and a self-checkout option for convenience. The staff are courteous and helpful, but occasionally the store faces issues with stock availability or cleanliness.
