I think there's a problem with the staff at this job

Cleo was amazing! So helpful and incredibly kind. Becca was really nice too. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, services, and procedures. Explained everything very well and set me up with exactly what I needed at a good cost.

Had terrible service from becca, not helpful at all in my query wasn't interested, said we couldn't have made payment in shop even although we had, in dumfries who were wonderful with us.
Think some staff training and how to speak to customers in a divided manner would be an advantage in this job.

Shop is okay, but the data signal in the Falkirk area is terrible. Avoid Vodafone.

The female staff in here very knowledgeable however there behaviour and attention to focus on details of the customer in front of them are extremely horrible don't say this likely, we just went in for mobile upgrade then told our WiFi had error on the home switch, when nothing was wrong then placed another order delaying the order, instead all three sales ladies where having carry on with older gentleman customer who wasn't in the store for anything except getting attention from the female staff and all over tub sweets and being inappropriate and not paying attention to what was happening with the customer in front of them or the system. Now leaving us with no internet for over 5 weeks when I have dagonphotography(photography business) to run. Can't upload can't edit my photos. Shocking behaviour if possible go to another Vodafone

Staff was rude and unprofessional, first time in my life I got this much bad experience from the customer assistant.I went to Vodafone falkrik store to book the broadband connection , that time the staff said if you port your sim from another provider to Vodafone you will get better offer. So I agreed and informed them i am unaware about any contract present with my current sim or not . She said no problem for porting and used my phone requesting code. She made order for transfer my current sim to Vodafone. That time we saw a previous msg from the other provider stating early ending contract penalty ,I enquired do I need to pay the amount for transferring to vodafone, she said no need after 24 hours temporary sim will change to current number. Went 5 times to the shop for same enquiry atlast said to go to previous provider, the previous provider explained everything clearly. Then I went back to Vodafone falkrik, to request to cancel the temporary number, they started to tell another reasons, don?t want to listen what we are telling. At last I called 191 with in 5 minutes my issue is solved. So if you have any problems please contact 191, you will get better and quick response.if you will go to falkrik office you will you will lose your time .

First of all, when I was waiting to be served, I was forced to see/listen very rude behaviour towards another customer what was extremely unpleasant. Secondly, staff in this shop refused to replace the missing SIM card. They gave me false information, lied to me straight to my face, told to leave the store after accusing of being rude (I recorded them so I have a proof that was just opposite, they were rude to me). Then I went straight to Stirling branch and my case was solved in just 6 minutes (6 min!!!). Vodafone is losing lots of clients because of such awful and unprofessional staff.

Went in with an enquiry, spoke to a young man who answered my query but was then very unhappy that I did not sign up straight away. Very pushy sales assistant.... through this they not only lost my business but gained a bad review. I certainly would not recommend.

I visited the falkirk store in July and advised the female sales assistant that the most important thing for me was to retain the price of my sim only plan at the same level of £15.I bought an expensive new phone and paying half, arranged to pay the other 50% to Vodafone, monthly, over 3 years.I was given a new plan of £30 with a 50% discount for 6 months. I was a bit nervous about this as I had wanted to keep my current plan of £15 per month. I was reassured by the sales assistant that I could come in during Nov/Dec and there would be promotions. When I asked more about this she told me "not to worry and that it would all be fine". Unfortunately I trusted her.I went back in to the store in mid December to find out about the promotions that would mean I could stay at £15 instead of increasing to £30 in January. I was advised by a male sales assistant that there weren't any suitable ones and the ones there were were linked to handsets. A new handset is clearly something I wouldn't be interested in, having just purchased a brand new phone in July.Had I known my payment would double I would not have gone ahead with the original transaction in July. The male sales assistant then consulted the female assistant who had served me and had just at that point returned to the shop floor. She said all other customers had understood and that I had obviously misunderstood. How can you misunderstand ''don't worry about it, it will be fine". Well it isn't fine.On leaving the shop I called Vodafone to ask about any deals and there weren't any. The customer service advisor was excellent but there was nothing he could do.I have now sent Vodafone an email of complaint, as I really feel I was mislead, but I have not received a reply.Needless to say when my contact ends with Vodafone I will be switching provider having been a customer for over 20 years.
