I cannot thank Vision express in falkirk enough for there tremendous customer service and care to customers. I am currently under review of a possible autoimmune disease associated with a hlab27 gene I carry. This gene can cause inflammation in the eyes also called Uvietis which can be a very serious condition if left untreated e.g vision loss. After speaking with multiple opticians in the area that never bothered to phone me back , Vision Express handled me with care the receptionist I spoke to was thorough , she cared about the situation and had me an emergency appointment to be seen that next morning as it was late I felt like someone was listening and caring. The two opticians who looked at my eye aiyesha and Jennifer were fantastic they made me feel comfortable and talked me though the whole process although I was in a lot of discomfort they confirmed uveitis. The Care I was given within the opticians was five star and I will not go anywhere else in Falkirk from now on. Thankyou vision express for saving my vision!

What an absolute star. I had an emergency appointment on 8/3/24 and they were one optician down. She was very caring, very professional and was very thorough in her examination. This was also International Women's Day - and how appropriate. Worth more than 5 stars.

This branch should be the flagship for all vision express. The service I received from Linda was exceptional. She treats you like royalty and has answers and solutions to things you haven?t even had to mention - she deserves a promotion/pay rise. Linda, you are simply amazing!

I was disappointed with the service at Vision Express Falkirk.Provided to my father who is nearly 90 he took in a pair of glasses he purchased less than a year ago with a broken leg, hoping for a simple repair.Rather than assisting, they suggested he go home and glue them himself.When asked if they could do the repair, he was informed they didn't even have the necessary glue on hand.It's surprising that a professional eyewear store wouldn't be better equipped or more helpful with basic repairs.As a family we will think twice before relying on their services again, and so should you.

My wife and I have been customers at this branch of Vision Express for many years and have always been impressed by the first class level of service we have received. The staff, without exception, are always so friendly, polite and very professional and carry out detailed eye examinations on each visit prior to seeing the opticians. They, in turn, are consummate professionals skilled in their craft and highly knowledgeable about all eye related matters which makes us feel we are in very safe hands. They explain everything in easy-to-understand terms and take great care of us and I?m sure all other customers too.Great range of products available and never any pressure to buy new frames if you are happy to re-glaze existing ones. We can highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a comprehensive and professional eye care service.

I have been a customer of Vision Express for many years. I have every confidence in Martin. He always is very thorough and explains clearly what is happening with my eye care. If I have any concerns I know I can phone for help and advice and be seen if necessary. The staff are all welcoming, professional and kind.

The opticians service is fine, but the delivery service is terrible. I received an email today informing me that my lenses had been delivered,But there is no trace or evidence of them.
