Terrible place to order from, ordered a pizza and it took 2 hours to arrive was inedible and no partial refund offered absolutely shocking place. I'll tell everyone I know to avoid heavily. Hopefully they go out of business soon.
As for your cheeky reply mate unlikely I'll ever be homeless, you might with your shocking service, I did actually ask for a refund when you eventually answered the phone. Also ordered 19.38 delivered 21.44 you do the math if you can, troglodyte

AVOIDFor those who dont want to read waited 3HRS was spoken to by a ?manager? in the most unprofessional way possible hung up on twice and food was cold and in the bin as driver wouldnt take it back they wont refund me unless i climb in my bin and get the food back for them?One star is only rated because it does NOT let you give zero absolutely disgusting experience from the get go placed my order at 6:10PM did not receive the food in the time stated (50 MINS) i called the restaurant at 7:35PM and was told by the manager the driver had broke down and he would be with them in five minutes then straight to me at 8:10PM i called back to see what was going on as now the food is been in total 2HRS bare in mind it was only a munchy box!I told her i had now been waiting two hours and i was very unhappy with this to which her response was ?ok well the driver is coming?A further 30/40MINS past to which my food was delivered cold and the tape on the box had been cut and other bits stuck on in total now this order has taken nearly THREE hours to arrive to which the manager did not care in the slightest i told the delivery driver i did not want it and that it was cold all he done was apologise ( fair enough more than the manager did ) and called foodhub for a refund to which they told me i had to return the food in order to get a refund which i told him was outside in my wheelie bin to which he told me to call the restaurant. Back talking to the manager to which i told i was not climbing in my bin to receive a box to get my money back after telling the driver i didnt want it i understand it is policy but as i said to her surley she cant expect me to climb in my bin and get the full box of food back out? she was nothing short of Unprofessional and her attitude was disgusting she then proceeded to hang up on me TWICE (told there was a problem with the phone although the first time i called back she answered and said ?hi im with someone? when i called back straight away and didnt help in any shape or form just kept telling me i needed to return the food so in short climb in my bin and get there food so i can get my money back because they were extremely late and unprofessional.

Half of order arrived told driver to take it back and bring the whole order together and I would like it fresh not reheated. Also called shop straight away and told them the same. 1hr later shop called and said they had worked out what had happened when driver got back to shop. They asked if I wanted a fresh order sent out then sent the reheated food back within 10mins. Called and told them I wasn't happy and then driver and shop manager arrived at my door for an argument and still maintaining food was fresh...contacted just eat who refunded me 1/3 of order ....terrible service!

The food was absolutely shocking I ordered a 12 inch pizza and whenopened the box I found pubic hair all over I hope nobody orders from here and they soon get shut down for good.There was also a young boy there about 12 maybe 13 he was being very cheeky to me and he looked to be stroking his private parts.

I absolutely hate this place with a passion. I tried ordering a 12" munchybox however I got a boggin filthy kebab wrap instead with some special tandoori sauce. There was also a underage worker there that looked about 12 years old which is shocking. This is an absolute disgrace and this place should be shut down
