Check your orders!! They constantly forget stuff here in your orders so you have to drive back to collect it and they offer nothing in way of compensation

After getting shower in November 2023.stopped working running cold all the time.when phoned said cost me over 90 p0und to get engineer out..shower never cost me that to buy.surely they should replace faulty item.as everything been checked pressure .electrics etc and everything's fine

Visited Toolstation today around 3.45pm to get advice for a DIY issue regarding the sizing of a rawl plug. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the guy who served me, but he was more than helpful and went above and beyond in his customer service skills. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Toolstation, Falkirk- thanks again for the excellent friendly service :)

I was waiting to be served this morning and the young man Serving was talking to an older gentleman, instead of just nodding politely he intentlay listened and to my surprise gave a great reply, he also helped the genleman to his car, he came back in smiling which really touched me. He then proceded to serrve and although i didnt get him i listened as he treated the next customer with great service.Great job to the young man with longer hair, i do apologise i didnt get your name but great to see there are still people in the world who care.Amazing service
