Excellent service from the lady at Timpsons this afternoon. My 45 year old Pulsar fitted with a new steel strap that looks just like the original, also a new watch strap on my wife's watch and new battery with a lifetime warranty fitted to my father-in-law's clock. All done in 30mins including re-sizing the steel strap. 5 stars well deserved.

These ladies know their stuff. I?ve had watch batteries changed and the case resealed to factory settings, alterations made on luxury cashmere, boots reheeled - and all done with courtesy and an honest opinion, which is valued these days. Can?t recommend highly enough.

Took in a garmin watch to get the strap fixed. They successfully fixed the strap while I did by grocery shopping. Very pleasant service too. A win for me

Hi, I visited the Timpson department with Tesco at Falkirk Retail Park a couple of weeks ago with an issue about my new watch. Heather who served me was very courteous and friendly and fixed my watch within minutes. She is very competent and knowledgeable and was giving advice out to someone in front of me too. The ladies down here dont get enough credit for all the services they provide,sometimes busy the whole day long with no time for a break. Was getting a new car key cut & it was a Friday & the lady hadnt had a minute the whole day as it was really busy but went above & beyond to keep coming out to my car with me to try a couple different keys with me to we found the right one. I didnt even know they did car keys,they are a third of the price that garages charge. Great service from two lovely ladies. Would definitely recommend.

I used Timpsons, Falkirk Retail park in Tescos to have my sons 3 piece suite dry cleaned. On arrival I was informed that as he was having it dry cleaned for an interview for his first job it was free. Service was efficient and very professional. Got text message when ready and delighted with results. Great service and would highly recommend. He also got the job which was an added bonus! Thank you, such a good service!
