The worst three mobile store, manager Paul is rude, not polite, gives permission to the staff to cheat customers. Lack of professionalism in the performance of work. Customers check your contracts if you sign something at this point

We have six phone accounts with three that will all be getting cancelled asap. Entirely unhelpful staff in case of wifes stolen phone in Spain. Advised to proceed in cancelling the sim they would need to send a text to said stolen phone or the already locked out email account or she would need to appear herself, presumably... read full comment
