My grandparents decided to get their kitchen done up & it?s been one thing wrong after the other. All of the staff working on the kitchen got covid which is understandable that they couldn?t do it that week but then weeks & months went by with the kitchen being no further forward. They told my grandparents they would be at the house of serval different days but missed all of them with excuse after excuse. I can?t help but feel they have taken advantage of my grandparents due to their old ages. The actual job of the kitchen itself was shocking, things have had to be replaced not even a year later. I would stay clear of getting the kitchen renovated by the company. They are unprofessional, cannot manage time & they are very opportunistic.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

My experience of The Kitchen Depot has been entirely positive from start to finish. Professional, comprehensive, reassuring, the service they have provided us with has been completely satisfactory. Graham was helpful, informative, honest all the way through the process. They have a great range of options but the way they work with you and tailor the kitchen to your specifications is key. We got what we wanted and then it was even better. Like any project, there were little snags, but Graham was always available and sorted every tiny issue. The fitters that work with him did a great job, really top notch. The finish is perfect and to an extremely high standard. I am entirely satisfied and I can recommend The Kitchen Depot without any reservation. I love my new kitchen, just being in it every day makes me happy. Trust these guys.

Fantastic place and great to deal with. Straight forward planning and great details for a transformation of our kitchen, utility room and dining room. Booked in for a brand new kitchen / dining area and looking forward to it.

Can't recommend highly enough, I love my kitchen, the process with Kitchen Depot was easy and Graham and Sandy were always at the other side of the phone to help with any questions or issues. It was clear that they prided themselves on quality and service and you made you feel a priority and that they wanted you have to have a good experience and above all a fab kitchen. 5 stars plus

Got to give the Kitchen Depot (Graham and Sandy) and fitters Zsolst, Ericka and Team 5 Stars plus.Where do I start, I walked in looking for a quote and thinking of maybe next year for fitting, and we have now got our dream kitchen fitted because of easy planning, on a budjet, and nothing was a problem, all totally hassle free.We got amazing advise, amazing planning, and at every step our budjet was met, all the extras we needed like ceiling and lighting, electrics,radiator, walls skimmed, flooring etc, Zsolt our installer sorted....then hey presto the kitchen was installed and we are absolutely delighted and loving our new3 Kitchen.Graham and Sandy are top class at what they do, they listened, planned the kitchen, were always on hand and catered to every bit of our our needs throughout the planning and fitting (As well as being two top class blokes that they are, and great for a good auld blether).Zsolt and Ericka and Team did the fitting, they are a different class and all I can say is wow, we cannot fault their workmanship, it is just top class. They worked so hard, started on Monday and finished on Saturday, we just couldn't believe the transformation in just 6 days. We had the ceiling and lighting, radiator, walls skimmed, floor fitted...Zsolt and Ericka are just such a lovely couple and perfectionists in everything they do.We came across a problem with an old gas pipe on day 2, Zsolt and team along with the kitchen Depot worked around the problem and fixed this, again this was just hassle free again to us.We can not recommend the Kitchen Depot highly enough, easy planning, top class installation and so far great aftercare.

Graham is fàntastic, listens to what u want, offers advise without pressure, great service gave us price and didn't push us into decision. Defo recommend
