If I could leave 0 stars I would. Tried to get through to speak to the nurse as last time I had an appointment I was told by the nurse "you don't need an appointment for this, this could have been done over the phone. Been trying for weeks to get through for an appointment and the telephone queuing system never seems to be on in the morning at 11 when we have to phone. The receptionisits do not have the medical knowledge to decide if something is serious or not but what am experiencing is definitley not normal but the receptionist ... read full comment
