Servings a little small but service was good and the location and atmosphere was nice without being too busy. Would maybe visit again especially as a quick visit during shopping in the town. Could be a bit cheaper although it's central location maybe stops this from happening, the rest of the customers all seemed satisfied as well.

Were in for a quick bite to eat before heading out, we ordered, the coffee was brought to the table really quickly, but our filled rolls were ages. In fact so long that my coffee was finished before the rolls arrived. Thankfully the filled rolls were good, but doesn't make up for the fact that they took so long to arrive.

Despicable service got all the food orders wrong the day I went here was a treat day out for my daughter it was a nightmare I would advise anyone to think twice about going here .

Nicely refurbished but let down by erratic service. Nicely greeted on entry then ignored by the 3 staff for over 5 mins until we had to ask to order. The place was not busy!

I am disabled, as is my husband. The young male server thought it was very funny to move us from our only chosen seat. He did not ask any questions about our chosen seat, he just laughed and asked us to move......so we went to FORK & MUSTARD instead!! They were welcoming, and the food was delicious!

Staff and food are both wonderful. We planned our day around eating here our entire week based on the great food and service and were not disappointed. Staff have an electric personality and work their tails off, food is beautifully presented, and we look forward to coming here again whenever we are near.

Such a lovely little oasis in such a rundown town. Tastefully decorated, great cosy atmosphere, great choice of food and such friendly welcoming staff. Well worth a visit.

3 of us went in for a quick bite before a scheduled meeting due in 45mins. After 10 mins we discovered that 2 other tables were still waiting for food over 30 mins since ordering sandwiches! We ended up waiting around 25 mins for soup and toasted sandwiches. We had to rush for our meeting when the food finally arrived. Lentil soup was thin and barely any flavour. Toastie was okay but no garnish on plate and seemed basic for £8 just for the sandwich.
Overall disappointed in what is a very disorganised cafe with people walking out due to delays in food being served.

Very disappointing experience when trying this for first time. Completely forgot 1 of our breakfasts and when asked we just seemed to get a very blank response. Nobody came over to apologise and ended up paying for what we had with one of us just going hungry. Produce wasn't particularly great. Also didn't appear to be any adult in charge. Definitely won't ever be back.

When I went to pay I was asked how the food was, I told the guy with the beard that the nachos were nice but the soup was tasteless. He then said 'Ok not to your taste.' I said no it really had no flavour. He then repeated 'So not to your taste.' I then said 'No there was no taste.' Then the guy said it's maby because the soup has been sitting in the pot for a wee while. Mate that would have given it some actual flavour. This guy doesn't know how cooking or seasoning works and didn't have very good customer service. There were also no sugar free drinks available but that's just a small gripe. The attitude of this person just put me off ever going back.

Can't fault the food or the service but the unbearable heat made it incredibly uncomfortable! I had to constantly step outside to cool down. Way too warm to relax ?
