Not kind staff person also awful attitude towards me cos I?m deaf try communicating with them but talk back to me?, should be write the paper with polite thier face talk with me but it?s awful attitude make me upset n walk away!!! In the future hopefully good staffs awake for deafs peoples communication write the paper or possible BSL level 1-2 will be great more communication

I had a prescription given to me at FVRH on the Saturday night, this pharmacy was the closest one open on the Sunday.
My partner went on the Sunday, they didn?t have the item, said they?d order it. He called back on the Wednesday, it seemed obvious that someone had forgotten to order it. Said they?d text when it came in. No text arrived.
A week later (today) I called in myself for it, they couldn?t find it, I waited 25 minutes whilst other customers got their prescriptions, and was aware that 3 or 4 members of staff were trawling through boxes looking for it, until finally they found it.
Worst pharmacy I?ve ever been in? only used them as it was Sunday, and our usual (very good) pharmacy was closed.
Whilst waiting I was aware of other customers with scripts, and they seemed to have none of the items in stock.
I would avoid?

arrived on 2 occasions and the place was shut for an hour it wasnt mentioned on their website for that day I called back after I managed to leave my prescription after a 2 nd visit for find out again they were shut for an hour and the guy told me he wasnt allowed to give out prescriptions and had to call back I told him about the intial delay I had in putting the prescription in and now I was really needing the prescription he told me to call back in an hour which was not possible as I have a doctors appointment hence the reason being able to leave my work to get the prescription before going to the doctors. Tesco is not close to my home. I looked at their website and there is no mention that place would be closed at that time today very frustrating

the staff are so friendly, and polite, and thy go out of their way 2 mk sure u hv everything u need, i get all my medication their, and thy all work as part of a team, and tht is always grt 2 see, i will continue 2 get my medication there, can't thank thm all enough, including the pharmacist

Poor stock holding - basic inhaler medication, always have to collect days later or advised to go to boots. Please do better.

I was recommended by a doctor, an optometrist and a nurse to get chloramphenicol for my stye, today, the lady in this pharmacy claimed that chloramphenicol doesn?t help styes, that I just need to ?put a hot compress on it and it?ll go away? which is completely untrue as I have a friend who had to get one surgically drained a month after getting his and ?just putting a hot compress on it?So if you want the advice level of a school nurse this is the place for you, otherwise don?t bother asking for actual help

An absolute shambles!!This is the worst pharmacy in this area!No organisation or structure.I only ever go here if it's out of hours.3 staff behind the pharmacy desk, one new girl on thepharmacy counter serving (poor girl was getting flack of everyone & no senior staff helping her, just letting her take it! ).One big queue for over the counter sales, prescriptions & advice.People being asked to wait at the side, old biddies standing in a long queue with no seats or anything for a rest. Then others jumping in the queue.Why not have 2 queues? One for over the counter to keep it moving, the other for presciptions, with at least 2 members of staff out front.Surely thats common sense!Big pharmacies like Boots & Lloyds are organised and can deal with a lot of customers.Tesco you need to get it sorted!

Very strange behaviour asked for over the counter painkiller that I have taken before was told by assistant they were too strong and didn't want to give them to me was asked what they were for and told her migraine headaches then she said they were not for headaches which is nonsense paramol are used for migraines in the end had to come away with tablets that don't work for me this is something that is supposed to be sold no prescription necessary I don't expect to be told by staff I can't have them will not go back again

Put prescription into Falkirk Tesco that included forceval tablets,was told didn't have forceval so would need to take it somewhere else, I'd have thought they could have ordered them in to collect later, Really not very helpful!

Just wanted to take a moment to thank the Pharmacy Team in Tescos Retail Park Falkirk. Had occasion tonight at 7.00pm to go looking for a thermometer. We had one at home but the battery had run down. Approached the pharmacy team. Immediate service. Discussed the need for it. Only 1 left at £43 but very good, age specific, accurate and batteries included. So important now to have a working thermometer in the house. Staff were really helpful, pleasant, friendly, professional and the personal caring touch shown by Helen in particular was appreciated very much. Thank you for all that you do.
