The food and drink is lovely, however on a really cold day the air conditioning was blaring, had to eat and run where I wanted to come and just sit and enjoy my coffee and food and relax for a little while, I was frozen and couldn?t stay. The service was alright, however more interested in paying attention and chatting to each other rather than the customers. The last time I came there was a really pleasant chap behind the counter asking about my day, today it was a different vibe.

I was at Starbucks today with my son about 3.30pm and if I?m honest didn?t have a very good experience. There was 4/5 vacant tables but none of them had been cleared nor cleaned. Few staff just hanging around chatting away to each other. I had to approach the staff to ask for a table table to be cleared and cleaned. Floor was all sticky around our table, honestly it?s not acceptable. Someone needs to properly train those people about hygiene and how important it is.
