The food and drink is lovely, however on a really cold day the air conditioning was blaring, had to eat and run where I wanted to come and just sit and enjoy my coffee and food and relax for a little while, I was frozen and couldn’t stay. Pop in to a franchise to find out they don't honour the Starbucks app, so no gold member perks, disgraceful.
