One member of staff was lovely and helpful. She helped me try on women's shoes and after realising I wasn't finding anything that fit right and served the purpose I headed to the men's section. I asked the men there for help. They were so busy chatting that they were clearly not interested in helping. I explained I wanted shoes for netball and was hoping to checkout other sport specific shoes. They just asked my size and sent me to the kids section. No consultation about the needs etc. not at all appropriate or helpful.

What?s the point in having an website. I go in ask a worker if they have a pair of football boots, and all he said was no? not even ?I?ll check? not even no, sorry but etc etc . It?s like he knew off the top of his head that it?s not in stock. (Horrible customer service)

Just out, bought a pair of trainers for my daughter at just under £60. Walked in and 3 employees are standing talking.. not even a hello.. then when I picked the trainers, there was no one around, lady at the till couldn?t have been more bland, got the trainers tho :)

I was in today with my husband he was looking for golf trainers it was a young girl and she didn't have a clue and walked away then the young boy came he wasn't much better so he got a pair of trainers and he asked the girl at the checkout if it came in a 9 and half she said I don't know i know they have to learn but we won't be back

Worst sporting goods store, staff not interested in helping customers. Spoke to the manager, who did not offer to help either as he was chatting with two other sales associates. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I have been here twice to purchase shoes and the staff in this place are barely old enough to drive if they are at all and they have no clue on how to stick with a customer or help a customer get shoes. They bring you shoes and they disappear. This time they didn't even go look for shoes because they never came to help me as I was standing there with shoes. And not just for a minute or two but for 10 minutes which is ridiculous. I talked to the manager. He just told us how busy they were which they weren't cuz he was just standing around doing nothing with two others who look like adults. As a manager, wouldn't you jump on it and try to help your customer buys shoes? I know I would. So I told him we won't be back and he didn't care. These people have absolutely no pride in what they're doing and they could care less as long as they're collecting a paycheck. Let this store just go out of business, and go somewhere else and shop.

Plus sides are some of the prices are good, but their customer service, specially from the manager is well, awful. Long story short, as a customer, I don't want to shop in places that treat customers with contempt to bordeline aggression when faced with an issue. After my last encounter, I will simply never shop there again. I only shop there when I have to, and sadly this is the only local place I can turn to when I need something urgently. Over the years I found that they were never very helpful, but I accepted mediocrity beacuse of the lack of choice of other shops. However, I cannot accept a hostile demeanour withouth provocation.
Also the refund policy that offers of a credit note instead of an actual refund is not ideal. Especially when the changing rooms are in a sorry state - little privacy, not kept very well and not readily available.

went in for football boots and chose ones priced at 40 on sale i think, got home and had 2 different boots in the box, went back and was told the boot was on the wrong shelf and ticketed wrong but i still had to pay the extra 25 for theyre error.

This store has so many great specials, all the time!You can buy everything to do with sports, camping, safety wear, leisure, swimming, golfing, soccer, rugby...brands. Beautiful gym outfits too.
