What’s the point in having an website. I go in ask a worker if they have a pair of football boots, and all he said was no— not even “I’ll check” not even no, sorry but etc etc . It’s like he knew off the top of his head that it’s not in stock. (Horrible customer service)

Just out, bought a pair of trainers for my daughter at just under £60. Walked in and 3 employees are standing talking.. not even a hello.. then when I picked the trainers, there was no one around, lady at the till couldn’t have been more bland, got the trainers tho :)
