My 16 year old son went for an eye test in the Falkirk branch today. He was disappointed that he needed glasses because he is very image conscious as a teenager.
He was treated incredibly well and we would just like to thank Josh who made him feel at ease with the whole process. He delivered excellent customer service skills and made this experience much better for my son.

Generally, I'm happy with Specsavers as a whole, but not this time, a customer before me got full smiles and happy to help her attitude from young lady at the reception, she was walked to seating area.
when it was my turn, I was looked upon like a homeless man, and felt like I shouldn't be there, yes by the very same young lady, no smiles, no happy to see me, then she just pointed and said take a seat over there. Young lady with short dark hair..

Good overall experience but there are a few matters that bring the store down. No available WiFi, no or very limited cellular service in store, amount of time spent waiting to be seen by both the optometrist and sales staff.

Good range of frames at competitive prices. Bought three sets of spectacles & one set of prescription sunglasses for less than I was considering paying for two sets in the city.
