My 45 year old Pulsar fitted with a new steel strap that looks just like the original, also a new watch strap on my wife's watch and new battery with a lifetime warranty fitted to my father-in-law's clock. All done in 30mins including re-sizing the steel strap. 5 stars well deserved.”

“Having chatted with a 90 year old lady, in Costa Coffee, who was having a problem with her late Husbands Carriage Clock. She had put in a new battery, then couldn't set the time. I offered to help and got it to the correct time, then put the back on. I then noticed the glass cover for the dial, was missing a tiny screw missing and was sliding down preventing the hands moving properly.I said I would take it to Timpsons in Falkirk High Street and see if they had a micro screw, to fit it. Unfortunately it was to small, but the chap fixed it with a carefully cut piece of double sided tape.He remembered the lady coming in earlier for a battery and wouldn't charge me for fixing it.Many Thanks Sir, I took the clock back round to Costa, to a very delighted old lady.Bravo Timpsons ?”
