I never leave bad reviews, but was so very disappointed by the food, and it wasnt cheap.
i've always had great food here when I've sat in at Sanaam.
last night i decided to treat 3 of us to a takeaway, but more went in the bin than was eaten.
The chicken kebab was like discs of rubber, one bite and it got binned, the veg pakora was rock hard. The only enjoyable food was the chips.
i ended up making myself toasted cheese!

Never disappoints, dine in or take away to enjoy at home.
Vegetarian options: My vegetarian daughter loves the food here as much as I do.

Magnificent selection of traditional food lines, interestingly presented by polite, very efficient staff. (Even a wee bit cheeky)
The food was some of the best I have had in the last 40 years.
I tried 5 different dishes, all were superb.
Thank you all at the Sanam for being part of our celebratory dinner.
Wheelchair accessibility: Staff rendered all assistance to assistant our wheelchair person to have a wonderful , relaxed, inclusive evening.

No smile or greetings during the entire time we were there. The guy was only interested as his kitchen was getting closed.

Exquisite Indian food.
You know that way you can eat and eat and eat but then feel as light as Legolas walking on the snow in The Fellowship of the Ring.

Wow this place is so excellent on every level! The tandoori chicken and other dishes were fantastic!! The flavors were so authentic Indian and super fresh ingredients. Our waitress was super sweet, great at her job, very professional and lovely young lady. And the other male waiter was really great too. The restaurant is very calming and has a beautiful layout, decor and pristine bathroom. The beer is great too! We highly recommend this place and want to go back again and again!

Service and restaurant were fine but food was terrible. Paneer had no taste, not authentic at all. Portion size very small for the price.
Vegetarian options: 5 vegetarian dishes. Don not recommend.

21/08/2024 I'm an ambulatory powerchair user with a trusty service dog in tow. Here I am again needing to rave about the Sanam Tandoori restaurant in Falkirk. I've just had a wonderful experience once again from the fabulous Brothers that own and run the Sanam. Super professional guys eager to please their customers. My food tonight was as usual, super tasty and authentic. Believe me when I say I've eaten at a lot of Asian restaurants and this is one of the best in the UK. Wheelchair and service dog friendly, the restaurant is bright with plenty of room to manoeuvre plus they've got good facilities also. There's plenty of disabled spaces outside the restaurant so never too far too walk or wheel ? Thanks Sanam I'll be back soon.
Fabulous choice, these guys know how to please. Service, food and venue second to none.

I came with my family, unfortunately we were late. There was a guy ( I don't know if he was owner/manager or just a normal employee) . He kindly apologized to us that they are closing. He was kind enough to offer chips for the kids, and he insisted to be on the house.

One of my favourite places in Falkirk.
The staff are always working hard, are very considerate of the needs of their customers, and make the experience very welcoming.
Their food is fantastic, I've never been disappointed by something I've ordered there. It's always well prepared, well presented, and tastes fantastic.
I always look forward to a meal here!

A beautiful restaurant. It's not a large menu. Service was way too quick. Plates were being taken away before you put your cutlery down. Food was tasty enough, but nothing special
