Top place. Very clean and tidy rooms were perfect for us a family of 3 . The reception staff were amazing. Both for check in and check out . Restaurant next door was perfect for food and for breakfast . Couldn?t fault it.

Love staying here, the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. We had balloons delivered to the hotel for our sons birthday on Friday, I asked if they could put them in the room, they took them out the box and had them in between the two room?s, they also left him a bag of sweets and birthday card, such a lovely thing to do. Thanks again guys, you are the best.Rooms: Great size of rooms and we normally get the adjoining for us all. Extra space is great.

Whilst I cannot fault the room or staff at this Hotel, it was very disappointing to find after arriving from a long day ar work that the restaurant had closed early . 8pm. Not what I needed. Apparently its a Whitbread thing to save money. Don't worry about your customers then!! As long as you save a couple of quid. Sad to say, I won't be booking Premier inn again.

Perfect hotel that?s on the outskirts of Falkirk which gives you travel opportunities to walk into Falkirk and explore the area including the Kelpies but also close to the M9 to be able to Edinburgh quickly. There is also a garden centre next door to the hotel with a cafe that we were hoping to look around but didn?t get time!

The Premier Inn in Falkirk East ,is always a pleasure to visit,staff are great very pleasant, always with a smile on their face,no complaints whatsoever.Rooms: Clean and tidy,as you would expect.

Came here for Christmas. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They left some Christmas colouring and chocolates for my little girl.The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

A great place to stay.Right off the M9,A short drive from Falkirk, and 30 minute train (Polmont train station is a short taxi ride away) or a 40min drive to Edinburgh.Staff were very friendly.The pub next door served good food and drinks at good prices

Stayed here at Falkirk East many times and lots of other Premier inns on a regular basis. Tried to book yesterday to be told system was down and unable to book a hotel in this area. They have no way of backing up system to book even if they had bothered just to take my details down and charge my card on arrival but couldn?t work that out, only answer they could give was that no bookings could be made. I Now have to stay further afield and pay more. Premier inn just lost me as a valued customer, their loss they can obviously afford to just treat me as a number and not worry about good customer service, shame on them.Noteworthy details: Poor customer service
