Bloody card are rubbish 4cards I had never work from one day to next,lift there in main building but not working and only a few disabled rooms in annexe but not enough shower room s for disabled people which I thort terrible for a big

Main building has older rooms but clean, annex building has bigger tvs and more updated decor but windows do not open. Bothe buildings lovely and quiet.

They said to me that they would keep my ring because I left it and they said they would post out to me and they never I went back and they said they didn?t have it I am really disappointed because the ring cost a lot of money all I got from the two staff were saying they are really sorry that not good enough for me

I've just spent a week here and enjoyed it. From quick and easy check in, easy access to my room, and food and drink options on site. Would I stay here again ? Yes, I would.

Avoid, lift didnt work ,mens toilet not working all weekend.Lack of staff .Charged for smoking in room £100 taken off card. don't even smoke.As I say avoid at all cost.

Food & drinks: I had an Belhaven bitter, 8 oz sirloin steak and triple cooked chips followed by crunchy cheesecake. It was ok except the steak had been microwaved. There was no caramelization of the steak at all. I don't know if this was because I was there half an hour before they stopped serving. But it really is very poor.I have to say that they get two stars because the waitress that served me both in the evening and morning was very good.
