“Update. Just wish to say repeat 6 star service this morning from Arlene. Went the extra mile. Thanks Arlene. ?????So just wish to thank the lady in Polmont Post Office who provided 5 star customer service this morning. She was busy packing shelves when I came in but quickly moved to the counter. She was friendly, efficient and customer-focused. This is why she now has a five star review. I posted two identical large letters and a card. Cost was much more reasonable than I expected. Thank you!”
“Great wee shop that is open very early and late. Excellent selection of goods, always interesting things to find as well as all the usual vittles. No longer a post office (sadly) but still an excellent little shop. I would recommend the California Post Office if you need post office counter services. ”

“Great wee post office because it’s situated inside the shop it’s open much longer hours and also weekends much easier to get to if you work full time. Unfortunately due to covid19 the hours are severely curtailed at the moment but there’s nothing that can be done about that and hopefully at some point it will return to more normal hours”
“Popped into here today for a padded envelope, to send some treats to family.The chap at shop counter was so polite and helpful, leant me his pen so I could address. There was a big queue at post office counter .He advised me he could do from shop counterWhich he duly did thank you so much..I will definitely consider travelling to this post office in future .”
