popped in yesterday to pick up some bits for my new kitten and was really impressed by how lovely and helpful the staff were! They took the time to show me how to use the app to get a free box of kitten food and money off my shopping, I ended up saving £20! It?s so nice to come across staff who genuinely care and take an interest in your pets. Thanks so much! x

Really friendly shop staff who were keen to help us find what we needed. Great selection of pet products available and always some cute fluffy animals to see too. Also easy to access and navigate as a wheelchair user, all level and wide aisles.

Where do I start absolutely fantastic... people give pets at home a bad name but I can't thank them enough!
firstly I'm autistic so the fact I was able to have a conversation with one of your lovely staff was fantastic as your lucky if you get one word out of me. I spotted one of your rescue hamsters (always rescue where possible) SNEAKY who is a much loved member to many of the staff they were so glad to see him off to his forever home may I add he will never be a rescue again I adore him and he is a much loved member of the family. So thankyou especially to Paula who is an asset to your team in Linlithgow aswell as the other two lovely ladies who said bye to sneaky before he went, Paula even carried him in his box (to the till) one last time off on his journey. As promised pictures of him and adequate housing the glass cage which he adores, he gets out to wander aswell. So please don't be put off pets at home are wonderful the staff really really care for the animals and I can't fault them. On the way home in the taxi great thinking by Paula 2 boxes with stickers as he lives up to the name sneaky escaped one box and deep breathed like and old man through the second so spent the taxi home getting nose rubs. I will be in soon with picture updates.

My German Shephard dog was booked in for a groom at the Linlithgow Groom Room. I asked the 3 girls on duty to not cut her paws on top so short this time and they said they would only cut underneath round her pads which was fine. I left Lexi & they said it would take about 1 hour 45 minutes as I?d asked for a full groom & de-shed which was fine. At 5pm I got a call to say Lexi was ready for collection which I thought was extremely quick for what she was getting done. I was charged £71 for the groom & when we got home I saw under her paws & pads hadn?t been trimmed at all. Her underbelly looks like it?s been cut with a hedge trimmer as it?s not been shaped it?s just been a blunt cut across which I could have done myself. However I called the store on Tuesday 19th December to say I wasn?t happy with the service I?d been charged a lot of money for. I was told they would put the paws not being cut on her record & make sure it gets done next time. Not good enough it should have been done with the groom I?d payed for. Again was told it wouldn?t make a difference to the payment. I said I was concerned the over all groom took so quick as I was reminded earlier she is a big dog. To my shock the reply was there was 3 of us working on her at the one time!! This was only my dogs 2nd time getting groomed at a grooming salon so she is still nervous & to have 3 people trying to groom her would be distressing for her & I don?t actually know how it?s possible to do 3 different things at the same time with a pair of scissors, hairdryer etc.. I?d also like to say the girl I spoke to regarding the complaint was absolutely disgusting in the way her couldn?t care less attitude came across & was told hope you find a groomer that suits after I said Lexi wouldn?t be back again. She offered no apology, no compassion & her customer service is atrocious. I will never use this place again & would definitely not recommend it to anyone either. Nothing came of my complaint either except for a sorry you are dissatisfied.
