The parking is monitored but the staff can be very helpful when approached and although you can't handle pets except by special permission in a club they do stock a lot of the expected supplies and pets for its size. Prices can range from reasonable to expensive depending on what your looking for but worth a pop in being so close to the usual retail offerings.

Very similar experience to one I just read - couldn?t get a hamster due to them trying to make us buy a £55 cage - I have multiple different cages due to having multiple different hamsters throughout the years & they basically told me that one of my cages weren?t good enough and didn?t believe I had others, the managers attitude was terrible. Won?t be back and don?t recommend - this was a few hours ago and we have had a much more pleasant experience at Cumbernauld and have our new little Hamster.

terrible experience tried to get a hamster there and they sat and told me that i can?t get it trying to get me to by a £50 cage for a hamster bought all the stuff for it they have no respect for people at all they told me i had to go home and set up the cage so we did and we bought it all new stuff went back and they sat and told us the cage wasn?t big enough and they pointed to a rabbit cage saying that?s what you need when i have grown up having hamsters and all my hamsters have been in the same size of cage and had no bother this place is sick ruined my week
