I had ordered my new samsung s25 ultra online as an upgrade but when I got my new phone I could call out but couldn't receive calls or texts so I called up but lady couldn't help me suggested that I went into shop which I did the following day. Was served by simone he was lovely very helpful and sorted my phone out as it was to do with esim had to convert back to plastic sim for me also bought a screen protector which he kindly put on for me also girl that was working with him that day I can't remember her name (sorry) she was so nice aswell both shop assistants are a credit to the shop. Ordered a new phone on line and was having problems accessing documents. Steven attended to us and was an absolute star. Had plenty of patience and got the problem sorted for us. Thank you again Steven!

My husband purchased a phone and needed to move apps and photos from his old phone. We were looked after by Steven. Friendly, helpful and informative he was the perfect sales person. I would highly recommend this young man and this store to anyone.

I visited this store just after my mum had passed away to sort out her accounts. I was assisted by Erin, all I could say is thank you!! Erin made this process so easy, no constantly repeating myself which was very helpful as its a very difficult time. She was very cheerful and chatty with myself and my dad. She explained the whole.process thoroughly and made sure everything was sorted before we left the store. O2 falkirk, you have a really good employee and i hope she gets the recognition that she deserves. Thank you again Erin, your kindness really did make my day a little brighter.

Went in after a bad customer experience next door (Vodafone) these guys could not have been more helpful, not only did I get what I was after but ended up saving money on my mobile account. Excellent service, fantastic customer care.

Absolutely fantastic. Staff were great. Quickly identified the problem I was having and resolved it quickly (a problem that two O2 customer services representatives failed to do - they only made my problem worse). Wish I'd gone into the shop in Falkirk first. Can't thank them enough, I'd recommend them to anyone. Brilliant ?

Went in 2 days in a row to upgrade 2 phones and both times I was told no as they were shutting in an hour and a half zero for customer service not even worth the 1 star

On Saturday I went in for an upgrade, there was a slight queue but they were able to see me as soon as they could. As I was getting the new upgrade sorted out sadly when I was right at the end of the process all systems went down which was out of everyone?s control. They were able to take my number, I was updated when it was sorted and I was seen to straight away when I came back in. Everything went much smoother system wise and was all sorted out. When this was all going on it never felt like there was an issue as it was all handled is the most professional way possible or that I was a hassle for coming in close to closing. All staff were amazing and friendly every step of the way even when I could tell how stressed I would be if I was in their shoes. Thank you all very much, I will definitely be back.

I was in today and great service by Steven, like all the other recent reviews, this guy really does deserve a MASSIVE raise. Having only been at the company for a few weeks he has really brought this google review page to life. His colleague's are not a patch on this guy, his customer service is better than anything I have experienced in life.

I had the pleasure of being served by Steven today, he was very knowledgeable and managed to get my upgrade swapped over and sorted without issue or drama. I never felt pushed or that I didn?t have his full and complete attention. Highly recommended.
