We had a furniture delivery scheduled for Wednesday 24th November 2022. Delivery was to be between 7.30 to 9.30 .husband left for work phoned as he passed the van at 7.40 we can be hard to find so said watch out for it .. no sign of van .. as sone places order and he doesn't live here for a call to say couldn't deliver as our road was to narrow for the delivery truck will reschedule deliver with smaller vehicle. I am disgusted disappointed and just angry as the very same size of vehicle from next delivered an item 3 weeks ago. update is that our rearranged delivery may not happen due to their process in the warehouse to make space for the returned item so they will arrange a loan couch and an bit compensation ..is this payback for complaining I wonder. My next door neighbour got a delivery from somewhere else truck was at least 7.5tonnes and managed fine I have pictures .. we live with my 90,year old mother Next still haven't answered the actual question about this and the previous delivery .They think this is acceptable it is not ..
