Who doesnt love a nadoos?
Lovely place.
Sadly it wqs a little cold, so we sat with our jackets on.
The issue was due to a lardge cue waiting for seats, but leaving the inner and occassionallt outer doors open.
Would still and will vist again.

Went into nandos falkirk place was cold .the food arrived it was warm cooled down very quickly ...not a nice experience at all .

Arrived at 1200 for lunch ordered our drinks and food. Nov 17th 2024 table 002
Half an hour later still no drinks had to walk back to the bar where the girl said oh sorry I forgot, I get there is busy times but wasn't happy,
We were waiting on out food for a while and noticed people coming in after us where getting their food before us, I don't usually complain or take to reviews but this was shocking, even the staff was walking passed us alot they would of known we were sat for a while, half 2/3 o'clock I got up and complained to be told our order wasn't sent to the kitchen, try explaining that to a hungry 4 year old,
So after a complaint manager took our details and was told that as an apology nandos would send us out a gift card as as their sorry for the inconvenience, I've rang up 3 times to say nothing has been sent. Every time I'm ringing up I'm explaining the story again and passing on my details again, guess what probably ignored like we were that day!!!
Absolutely shocking service and wouldn't recommend!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Nando's pick-up service. Our food was scheduled to be ready at 6:00 PM, but by the time we left?just before 6:30 PM?there was still no sign of it. Told there was only a "slight delay" of 10 minutes, but nothing materialized even after that, and wasn't given any update.
To make matters worse, there seemed to be no proper system for managing orders. People who arrived long after us were served their food while we continued to wait. We eventually asked for a refund, but there was barely any acknowledgment of how poor the service had been.
Overall, the lack of organization and communication left us feeling extremely frustrated. This kind of service is unacceptable and does not live up to Nando's usual standards.
Manager also must be Charles Xavier in her management style as she just stood and looked at the monitor between orders, absolutely no direction given to staff.

Nice nandos, always tasty food. Hot and fresh they are very busy tho, so keep that in mind.
Not many dessert options but that applies to all nados.
Parking: In a big big lot with lots of free parking .
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Been here a few time, and never been disappointed. Food is great, staff are friendly and helpful. One downside is, you can sometimes wait a fair bit to get your food (all depends on how busy it is) Will be back in the future. P. S. Is a bit on the pricey side.
