Had an appointment in Falkirk & dropped in here for a bit of lunch ….. wish I hadn’t !!!! Ordered the bangers & mash …. Mash slopped on the plate & the sausages ! ?? they were like sawdust wrapped in kling film … no taste at all … the high light was the peas which were “ok” … avoid the bangers & mash !!!

No staff available when having problems with automatic screen, ended up not getting points. No napkins had to ask. Disappointing.

This used to be good. It's entirely awful now. Look at the picture of the alleged toasties we got. Pre packed in one of those toaster bags and it still took 10 minutes to arrive. Cafe had tables full of old plates and cups. Coffee machine (both) needed cleaned and milk added before coffee was available. Really dreadful... read full comment
