Finally had enough of this place.Ordered a £40 delivery to feed three people. It's less than five min drive from the house. It was after the busy lunch hour, and yet somehow took 40 min. The wait wasn't a huge issue though, but everything arrived cold. None of it was even luke warm.This is the first we've ordered since an Uber Eats driver stole my £90 order a few months ago and McDonalds refused to refund me. And before anyone says i should talk to Uber Eats (which is what McDonalds said), i ordered through the McDonalds app, not the Uber Eats app.Thankfully, because it was a card payment, the bank refunded me directly, but McDonalds flat out refused to do anything. The only reason i ordered again is because my kids think McDonalds is good.Washing my hands of them. Kids will need to find a new favourite burger. No concept of customer service whatsoever, and more than happy to deliver food that has gone cold. Who knows how long it had to sit out for that to happen.Avoid at all costs. Order from somewhere else. Anywhere else.

We had a great meal in McDonald's and the staff were very polite we were asked to find a table and our food was brought over to us. Top marks.

Bloody shambles. The last four times I've ordered through just eat there's been items missing, a trained monkey could read a receipt so there's really no excuse. I feel it's intended to promote mcdelivery instead.

Best McDonald's in the central belt!. Staff are always cheerful and very helpful. I go in with a wheelchair and they are always very accommodating.

It's been over a year since I got an order form mcdonalds that was completely correct. They miss out items, extras for items that are listed printed on the box they're putting the item minus the extra that was paid for. Pies, cheese bites/mozzarella sticks/ect are the items you're most unlikely to receive after you pay for it, but they could just forget whole meals. Often the burger is missing, or whole happy meals are missing, and the only otption to fix the issue in reasonable time, is to make a second order for these items before even getting a refund... Which takes me onto my next issue. Ubereats is AWFUL to customers and refuses refunds entirely if mcdonalds has screwed you over often, Avoid like the plague.I'm now just not gonna be a mcdonalds customer ever again.

First got our order and it was cold then got it again and it was missing a burger patty. This happens all the time here and it's unacceptable. One member of staff was rude about it but the other one was polite, I don't know what's going on at this mcdonald's but there's problems all the time here. It wasn't even busy!

Staff are so helpful and friendly. Very clean. Can get very busy but choose your time and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Food as expected. Coffee really nice. Parking no problem.

Girl working at the drive thru service speakers (7/12/2023 at 9:45) was very rude. Went to the drive through and asked for caramel pies, shes put through caramel latte. We pull up to the window to pay and realise the mistake on the screen and explained we had ordered caramel pie. She got very rude and insisted we ordered a caramel latte, when she decided to change this minor mistake she then muttered under her breath (not sure what but didn?t seen it was something nice she had to say). She shouldn?t be working in this job If she cannot be nice to customers for less than 10 seconds.Although, the guy at the next window was great and very polite
