Always giving you the wrong order and stuff very unwell educated and trained and when you let them know they keep questioning for no reason and buy the time the food get cold total cowboys the owner should do something about it

Was good. Busy. The staff were swamped but still kind enough to wipe the table when asked. The fodd came out the kitchen quite quickly. The place and toilets were clean.

Food is alright and is relatively quick to be ready but this place stands out for its impressive consistency at messing up people?s orders. Always check to see if you?ve got everything before leaving because chances are you?ll be missing something

I don't usually make bad reviews but that's the second time I have stood waiting to be served at the counter because unfortunately account was empty but had cash. It's not like any of the staff couldn't see me. Seems if you want a McDonald's here you better be paying card and making you order yourself.

I have experienced long delays or order missing here, that?s not a big deal but today I experienced racist behaviour by one of staff (braid brown hair white shirt and red bow tie) I wish I knew her name. It?s like she enjoys bothering people with coloured skin. And it was not her first time?

Watch out for the parking fines. If you don't park within the lines then £60 reduced fine, or £100 or £170 if debt collectors come calling harassing our OAP neighbour who fell foul by a few inches.

Staff stood round chatting while people's orders just piled up on the packing bay
Huge que of people but didn't make a slight bit of difference. By the time I got my order it was stone cold.
Staff offered to remake but I'd already waited so long for the original order I didn't have the time or inclination to wait any longer

I?d consider giving it another star when the coffee I get from here is more than half full?
I?ve never dropped a review, but today the service and food was awful. Took about 20 minutes with people already frustrated (I?m not really that way, but it paints a picture).
When I received my BBQ bacon chicken wrap, there was no bacon.
When I got my cheese mctasty, there was no cheese, just bacon and chicken on bread?
Sub par, and a shame, I like it because it?s convenient, but it?s went down the ?

Food would maybe be ok of they actually delivered it so I could eat it. Everytime I order a delivery from here, I get burgers left out of my bag. Now bags are sealed with Pin numbers to give but still items missing from delivery. It's not good enough. I have to wait a week for refund, so what do I have for dinner without the money together another delivery! ??
