Recently visited this branch of Kwikfit, never again, damaged wheel trim never mentioned it when car collected, they replaced it at their cost, attitude of staff is very poor, no respect for customers property or how to deal with customers. When I mentioned to staff member I would complete this review his attitude was not bothered.....

My exhaust fell off yesterday RAC took 7hrs to attend and patch it up so car drivable, ( terrible waiting time) they recovered the vehicle to Kwik Fit Camelon, went in 8.30 this morning the manager and the fitters were first class, ordered the part from central stores 10.00 my car was ready to go! fantastic service, fantastic price thank you so much.

I checked the internet for the closing time of this garage, which was 18.00pm, I arrived at 17.37pm, I was asked if they could help, I informed them that I have a puncture on my front offside tyre and that it's a mobility car, I was told that they can't help me as they close at 6pm and the mechanic was just taking a customers car in to start work on it, then they'll be closing up for the day, come back tomorrow morning, I was told, why ask me if they can help if they can't help ?? I'm busy for the rest of the week, that's why I took my car in on Monday, also because I am having to pump it up all the time. As I was walking out another mechanic was reversing a car out, so he was obviously finished working on that car at 5.40pm, so why couldn't he fix my tyre, more interested in getting home I think, the thing is, that the garage is on a busy road with roadworks and traffic lights on it , I sat in the busy traffic for about 10/15 minutes and he expects me to go through that again tomorrow morning, when it's worse busy traffic.They should put a note on they're internet site telling customers that they need to be at the garage for 5.30pm or risk being turned away, I wasted my time and petrol going there, now I'll have to try and fit in, going back to another garage to get my tyre fixed or I'll be stuck on the road with hazard lights on, as I'm not fit enough to try and repair it with the kit in the boot of my car, so I'll have the hassle of phoning for roadside service and then waiting for it, so I'm not happy, why couldn't the guy standing at the counter, talking to someone, help me, it wouldn't take long to fix a tyre, surely 20 minutes is enough time to do that, and he must be able to fix it if he works there. So he was polite with his refusal, that's the only positive out of my experience with this garage, hence the 1 star, I certainly won't be going back to that garage, nor will I be recommending them. So thanks for nothing Kwik fit, camelon, Falkirk.

Would like to give a shoutout to the excellent service from the guys. Came in with a punctured tyre on subaru at the weekend and sorted it out same day, fitting it in around the usual great work going on.

The kwikfit team in camelon are superb, would truly recommend. Blair and the guys were so helpful, good customer service and reasonably priced. One of the better garages in falkirk area.

I would like to say a massive thanks to Eli in your camelon store and Charlie in your Grangemouth store. I had a puncture in my tyre unfortunately one of the garages didn't have that particular one in stock but after a phonecall one was located and kept aside for me.Both lads were very helpful. The team in Camelon do a great job. They look after the car and also treat you personally rather than looking on you as a cash machine. We have 4 cars in the household and get them repaired there regularly. Whether it's a puncture repair or MOT I trust them 100%

Friday 2nd & Saturday 3rd of May. Brought my car in to get its wheels balanced. They took me in right away and the job was done very quickly, wheel wobble is gone. While doing so, they noticed i was missing a securing clip for my caliper. They ordered it for me and the next day called me to come get it fitted. Turned up just after 1pm and I was gone just after 1.30pm as there was a car already being worked on. Very efficient work, nice lads who know what they're talking about. Clearly busy with multiple cars but still had time for customers (Even the rude ones ?).

Had an excellent experience today at the Camelon branch. Booked in online for several free tests (i.e. brakes, alignment, safety, exhaust) and had a thorough conversation afterwards with the mechanic; he was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything well and was happy to answer my questions. Literally cost me nothing, I came away confident that everything's fine with the car and I will definitely be back for future work.

The Service was excellent. Mr Eli was very friendly, helpful and professional. He showed me what the problem was and explained in detail what was required to fix the problem. He arranged for the parts that evening and the car was fixed by the next day afternoon. I've used Kwik Fit many times over the years and have always been happy with the service provided. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience, David & Gary where amazing team members/mechanics, so informative and all there advice and suggestions where greatly appreciated, I had a couple of bad experiences with Mechanics and garages over the last few years down South but these mechanics and garage restored my faith, thanks
