First time using Kwik Fit for years and was really pleased with service. Booked an air conditioning recharge online. Lots of info online on the service and guarantees. On arriving at my appointment time the member of staff was really welcoming, friendly and professional. Everything was explained and was given time estimate. I was then contacted by phone when car was ready. On pickup again it was great friendly service and explanation of work. Then I was emailed check report. Great service and will use again.

Brilliant customer service. They quickly diagnosed and resolved a wheel alignment issue which a main dealer had failed to overcome despite multiple attempts. Was slotted in at short notice, too. Car now drives exactly as it should. Appreciated the fiendly and fuss-free interaction. Thanks, folks!

Falkirk branch; Polite, friendly customer service. Aaron stayed late to allow me to collect my car just after 6pm due to traffic. He went above and beyond, thank you. Indeed, everyone I deal with at Kwik fit across the UK are a different league. Their front of house team are the best I?ve dealt with.The work is completed to a high standard and at reasonable price too.
