Managers attitude stinks! Teens sitting at tables with their own snacks without ordering food from the store and leaving a mess, other than that I enjoyed my food.

I am appalled that I ordered a meal for delivery. Waited over 2 and a half hours and to see that they had supposed to have delivered my order on the site I use frequently for home delivery of meals. I have not received my meal that I ordered. Tried to ring and my call was disconnected I am fuming - I want my refund. I have requested this via the site I use.

Ordered delivery on ubereats, when I opened up my order I seen that part of my order was missing, and I had to check the receipt to make sure I added it -I did-. Have tried to call to see what I can arrange to make up for the missing item and have not been able to make through even after 5-10 minutes of waiting. I don?t think I will be ordering from here again as from the reviews I see this is reoccurring, probably unmotivated and distracted staff.

Tables all dirty with food on floor, staff standing around chatting. I had to ask a member of staff to clean a table for a family of four to sit at, she cleaned only one table and walked past the rest. Whilst in the place for a further 20mins not one member of staff was proactive in cleaning. Very very poor cleanliness and hygiene, definitely won't be back here.

Re reply. Thank you. I don't like to leave negative reviews but I felt some intervention is necessary. It's not always possible to see what customers can as the owner is always given the royal treatment. I hope my review helps to improve and not demoralise .

I always seem to be missing items from my orders, especially the sauces. I never receive them. Stuff needs to be more careful or learn how to read and make sure there are no missing items.
