Popped in today looking for specific trainers. Really hard to find as sold out in most places. They had the correct size, however my daughter forgot her voucher. The amazing guy with longish dark hair was so helpful, he agreed to put them away until we could get back in with voucher. It turns our the voucher can only be used online but he said he would put them away just incase. Honestly the best service I have experienced for a long time. Wish I got his name. Store in Howgate centre Falkirk.

Terrible service at till.Unfriendly staff (not all of them).I ask'd for a price of something that wasn't display with price, at the end i didn't agreed with the price and didn't take the item, i was told that i could have avoid ask for it.Terrible service and some staff are unsuitable to work there.
