Was given wrong pricing when I had j&w out for measurements. I was eventually given the correct pricing for the carpets and material that I needed. Today my carpet fitter has arrived to fit the flooring who has informed me that they have not supplied anywhere near enough grippers to complete the job. I phoned j&w to confirm and they then advised me that I would be another £54 if I wanted these materials. With this being last minute I was not able to do this and was under the impression that I had everything I needed to complete the job. I have had to pay a carpet fitter for his time anyway and take time off work to get this job completed and having to leave it half finished, costing me more money to split the job over several days. due to the shop being at fault I have lost money and am under more stress trying to get things sorted. My carpet fitter has kindly offered to help out with the missing materials and has advised me this is a regular occurrence with this shop. Will Avoid in future.

Picked up a very cheap off cut of lino for my bathroom for £16, and a friend fitted it fir free, great value and very cheap way to improve the look of my bathroom
